Terms of Sale
Payment must be made before order may be released for shipping. Deban accepts payment with credit card up to $1000; orders above this amount must be paid via check or ACH.
Any payment exceptions, such as net 30 terms or credit card orders above $1000, may be negotiated during quotation, before the order has been placed. However, Deban reserves the right to refuse to apply any exceptions.
Return Goods Policy
Goods may be returned to Deban with prior authorization. Credit will be issued at 90% of the original order price. Products being returned must be in "new" condition, fully functional, and not considered outdated. The original order and/or invoice number must be supplied with the return. Please contact customer service at (937) 433-1600 for return authorization and instructions.
Please note: Certain products have return policies which have been negotiated prior to order placement and are not subject to standard Deban return procedures.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Deban warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship when the products are used according to their rating and specifications. Deban's maximum liability is limited to repair and replacement (at Deban's option) of defective products. The warranty period for all Deban products is 1 year from shipment date.

Expedited Services Policy
Expected delivery for manufactured-to-order products is typically 4-6 weeks. When expedited delivery is necessary, we offer two options:
