​A privately held corporation of Delaware, Deban is licensed and fully operated from Dayton, Ohio.

Deban began as a spin-off of Yellow Springs Instrument Company (YSI Inc.) in Ohio when Deban’s  president, Mr. Elias Aboujaoude, purchased YSI’s industrial line of instruments. Deban was incorporated in the state of Delaware in November 1988. Full operations commenced in the state of Ohio on January 1, 1989.

Deban specializes in automated heat stress measurement systems, with past experience in a variety of custom electronic instruments, such as transmitters, indicators, data loggers, and signal conditioners covering fields such as HVAC, food processing, laboratories, and research institutions.
Deban is always pursuing new design and contract opportunities in support of its customers. These opportunities vary from a simple redesign of a present product to fit customer needs, to opportunities of a complete design of a product or part of a product dependent on the customer’s needs.

Although Deban is not an ISO certified company, its instruments are subject to a strict and thorough quality assurance program set in place by its president, Mr. Elias Aboujaoude. The employees of Deban stand by their workmanship, and customer satisfaction of each and every product is guaranteed.
